Your IT footprint would be nil, you simply pay us a monthly fee to provision your IT services. We’d provide the following:

Desktop Support

Highly knowledgeable, trained professionals support your business through a strict SLA, ensuring you receive the support you need when you need it.

• Messaging systems (e-mail, instant messaging, desktop faxing, etc.)
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Data vendor support (Bloomberg, Reuters etc.)
• Mobile device support (Blackberry, iPhone etc.)
• Document management and printing
• Client Relationship Management

Wherever possible we would retain your existing staff, but they would be employed by us, your only commitment would be to supply a desk and telephone.

Security Support

Our Security Team will ensure the latest security and anti-virus patches are applied to all personal computers and servers. We will manage your internal network and your firewalls to ensure highest level of security. We will provision new users and maintain secure access to all resources again following strict SLA guidelines.

Data Maintenance and Server Support

Our Infrastructure Team will ensure your data and systems are secure and available.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly tape backup process (tapes stored in a secure off-site location)
Database administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
Manage and maintain all servers and services
Capacity management for networks, servers, and storage.

All the above services can be provided either at your location, remotely from our office, or a combination of both.

Based on your required services, we can calculate a monthly flat fee for all your on premise services.
